Hub Aged Care
Hub Aged Care is a Wellington based team committed to delivering tailored care to residents who are in Aged Care facilities in the Wellington region. The team is supported by High Street Health Hub which is an established doctors practice based at 577 High Street in Lower Hutt. This gives them the ability to use these facilities if required.
Our team is highly trained and offer a wide selection on medical care a few of these include:
- Incision and drainage
- Wedge dissection of the great toe
- Suturing
- Punch biopsy of lesion
- Removal of skin lesion
- Dermoscopy
Our team also works closely with Multidisciplinary team which include OPRS, OPMH, Clinical pharmacist and has monthly meetings with the MDT to discuss rest home residents to optimize their care.
